The hotel had some drawbacks like small and old rooms, but it was saved by the attentive service and terrific location. The dining experience was mixed, but the facilities were enjoyable.
The hotel was wonderful, spacious, loved the bunk beds, the shower is automatic and very cool, and the whole hotel was fantastic because it prioritized children. Plenty of fun activities and restaurants around!
The hotel may have a bit of a retro exterior, but don't let that fool you! The rooms are surprisingly modern despite appearing worn at first. However, there was a lingering smell of smoke when we first arrived. The service staff are a mixed bag, with some being incredibly attentive and friendly while others seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves. The location, though not close to popular tourist spots like Rigi or Pilatus, was perfect for our family, especially our granddaughter. The dining options had a huge variety, although some felt the quality was not up to standard. Overall, the hotel offers a clean, family-friendly environment with excellent amenities and a lovely pool area, but there are some areas that need improvement.
